The Role

We are looking for a Strategy Delivery Partner to help deliver the company corporate strategy in line with the new operating model.

So what does this entail?

As a Strategy Delivery Partner, you will support the design, implementation, review and ongoing evolution of the company Corporate Strategy and Strategic Framework.

Working under the guidance of the Strategy Team Leads, you will identify and develop strategic requirements at both an organisational and departmental level and produce materials that underpin Executive and Board-level discussions on the setting and review of strategic direction.

Once the strategic direction has been set, as a Strategy Delivery Partners you are also responsible for working under the guidance of the Team Leads to ensure the effective ongoing operation, the senior governance forums that translate the corporate strategy into operational priorities, review market risks and impact of interventions, and prioritises regulatory activities.

Strategic Delivery Partners also act as ambassadors for Corporate Strategy and support strategic project work at the Board and department levels.

So who are you?

We will be looking for experience where you have:

• Experience in working within a strategy/strategic operations function with an understanding of how a strategy team works
• Good understanding of the UK financial services industry and markets such as life insurance, investments, pensions and financial advisor markets
• Strong communication skills and ability to deal with senior stakeholders, board members etc
