XPO Logistics are looking for an Accounts Assistant for Maternity cover to join our shared services team in Swan Valley, Northampton. The role would suit someone with similar experience within a finance function who is looking to put his or her existing skills to good use!

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum. We offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day:


• Provide month-end support for a number of entities within XPO Logistics


• Various journal postings across the business


• Produce monthly consolidated invoice accruals and balance sheet reconciliations


• Prepare accruals and prepayments.

What you need to succeed at XPO:


• You'll be AAT qualified or have existing experience within the same finance function


• Strong accounting knowledge


• Great excel skills and attention to detail - bonus points if you have used SAP before!
