Roles and Responsibilities

• To provide Performance Measurement and analysis and support Investors growth
• To assist in the production analytics / technical / customer services by ensuring that systems and application run smoothly and are set up correctly. This involves daily monitoring of the existing procedure around automation, streamlining and safety checking.
• Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to cope with a rapidly evolving investment environment.
• Unitised funds reporting
• Ad hoc analytics work, as required
• Management Information, Balanced Scorecard and Zero Tolerance reporting, as required.
• Auditing the price and security details on day to day basis for the returns which crosses out of tolerance
• Ensure that mitigating actions and processes take place for when the automated process breaks down (regular).
• Take the process to its natural conclusion by producing the Daily Month to Date reports (figures required by fund managers on a daily basis) for onward Quality Assurance and Controls by the Performance team
• Interact with other departments and external software vendors and suppliers to find solutions to optimise the data delivery (and therefore Performance) process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4 6 Years minimum understanding and working knowledge of Performance Measurement
• Working experience of Operations / Back office environment data focused
• Numeracy, literacy and communication skills
• IT literate, notably VBA and SQL
• Experience of complex Project environments is preferable.
• Full additional training will be given
• Good customer services skill
  

Salary:
INR 6,00,000 - 9,50,000 PA.
