The incumbent is also responsible for credit control and collections performance to ensure DSO meets the corporate target.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Owns pricing and invoicing, invoice generation for assigned portfolio of countries, Ensure invoices sent to clients on time
  • Complete the domestic & international shipment pricing on a daily basis in accordance with the quotation
  • Manages and maintains customer files
  • Gathers and maintains required information / paperwork for updating customer files for special rates / routings / packaging / discounts for billing
  • Maintenance of the database related to the specific customer requirements located in country data folder
  • Completion of different files related to the invoicing details as per customer requests
  • Generate weekly and/or monthly reports such as statement of accounts to customers, billing status reports
  • Communicate globally with the other offices within World Courier Network
  • Prepares adjustments (voids / credit memos) when necessary and ensuring the adjustments are prepared in accordance with the relevant policies and approval
  • Reconcile Nova TMS and SAP customer billing
  • Credit Control
  • Follow up closely with customer on outstanding invoices and providing updates on payment status
  • Posting Collections Receipts from customers in SAP
  • Handle enquiry and dispute from customer on invoices
  • Resolve payment related issues, escalate & follow up with relevant departments if necessary
  • Performs related duties as assigned

    The ideal candidate must be aself-starter, who is detail-oriented, organized and efficient. You must workwell both independently and in teams and are comfortable communicating with alllevels of management. You are an active learner on new systems and applicationsand are adapt to workingin a fast-paced environment to meet deadlinesdaily, weekly and monthly
  • Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or BusinessAdministration. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Degree graduates with 1-2 years working experience arewelcome to apply
  • Experience in logistics or similar industry preferred
  • Good to have experience of International Accounting orUS GAAP
