FP&A Analyst

Your new company
Our client is an AIM listed discretionary investment manager who has organically grown its funds under management to over £13bn in 2020. Employing over 500 staff UK wide are currently looking to recruit an FP&A Analyst to join their growing MI team based in London.
Your new role
Assist in building a comprehensive financial management reporting system that provides timely information to the CEO, Board, Executive Committee and other senior stakeholders to drive forecasting and monitoring of budgets, through the provision of this information, enable the Executive Committee and their teams to drive revenue growth and effective cost management, giving a clear narrative to support good decision making, provide support in developing a robust, clear and effective planning system that gives the Executive Committee the appropriate insight into their business areas, contribute in developing the effectiveness of processes via increased use of their accounting system to build reporting and partner with other Group functions to support the front-line businesses effectively
What you'll need to succeed
CIMA, ACCA,ACA qualified accountant with Strong analytical and excel modelling skills gained within financial services with the ability to manipulate large and complex data and provide insightful analysis, ability to influence stakeholders across the business, excellent communication skills with a strong team focus and able to work in a collaborative environment
