Financial Account require for a privately owner construction and property business based in South Manchester.

Your new company and a nationally recognised construction and property business based in the City of Manchester.

Your new role
In your new role you'll provide robust independent financial reporting to the North West Portfolio Board for the North West Division. You will design, monitor and report on the financial controls across each operation. You will prepare annual statutory and year end audit files and ensure a clean audit sign off. Provide general support to the Commercial Division Finance Director in relation to ad-hoc projects and identification of opportunities that will ensure profitability through revenue enhancement.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified, bright an ambitious individual who has previous experience working with the Construction and Property Industry. You will have exceptional communication skills and have a real passion for accounting.
