Job Description :
1. Input accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy 2. Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required 3. Support and ensure that company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner 4. Ensure swift payment of invoices including management of e-banking facilities 5. Arranging financial audits and reviews as required6. Preparation of External Audit Schedule7. Preparation of Company Tax Schedule8. Monitoring of Cash Flow / Bank Reconciliation9. Maintaining accounts system10. Provide financial support to other departments11. Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
Required work experience :
Bachelor’s Degree, Major in Finance (Must process Advance Excel Skill) More than 5 years in Accounts• Pro-active• Good communication and listening skills• Good organizational skills• Professional outlook• Self-motivated and enthusiastic• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets / deadlines• Good analytical ability• Good problem solving skills / ability
