· Coordinate and Supervise all financial transactions

· Financial reports for the management

· Making payments for the Program Office expenses / advances.

. Coordinating with banks and insurance firms in addition to leasing firms (prior experience mandatory)

· Coordinate with Islamabad Head Office finance for taxation management & other finance related matters

· Coordinates with relevant departments, if needed, to address and settle queries before payment release

· Review and re-align budgets as and when required

· Responsible for cash forecasting and budget

· Maintain ledger of financial commitments and advances, ensure settlement of advances in accordance with agreed contract

· Present financial reports to the project manager.

· Support internal and external auditors

· Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and coordinate and organize appointments and meetings

· Maintain office filing and storage systems

· Filing, scanning as well as drafting/typing specific documentation/ emails

· Coordination with various technical and administrative teams along with vendors and sub-contractors

· Plan, coordinate and organize events/ meetings of the project

· Coordinate with concerned team for the workshops, trainings, meetings and events in connection with, Venue coordination, meal arrangements, accommodation arrangement, training hall set up Arrangements, Internal Coordination

· Supervise and coordinate all office activities related to office maintenance; Coordinate purchase of office stationery and other equipment's

· Plan and co-ordinate transportation of project staff and materials/goods at sites

· Manage logistics personnel and logistics systems and direct daily operations

· Ensure the implementation of Financial and Admin related policies in the Project.

· Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification and skills

· B.Com or BS in Finance preferably (Finance, Accounting, Business)

· Ability to apply analytical skills in the development of long term and short term plans.

· Should be able to manage multi task and manage work load

· Proven track record of fostering team work and performing effectively in a team.

· Good Interpersonal and Communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to create a climate of trust and transparency.

· Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu & Pashto

· Computer skills especially statistical analysis using SPSS, Ms Excel etc

· Two or Three years hands on experience in similar capacity in NGO/INGO
