We are looking for a talented and passionate Credit Controller to join our Head office team in Warwick.

• Act as an 'ambassador' for Pilgrim's, ensuring business professional conduct, approach and personal presentation at all times

• Continually developing own skills through attending Company training
• To communicate at all levels sharing information, knowledge, instructions, advise, support and understanding
• Develop a breadth of knowledge and understanding of the team, working with your colleges in other departments and functions. Such as Reception
• Assume overall responsibility for the safety of self, whilst at work ensuring that all requirements as trained and laid down within the Company handbook, Company Health and Safety and Hygiene policies are adhered to
• To carry out other duties that may reasonably be requested of you to ensure the efficient running of the business
• Support the Credit Manager, assisting with development strategies which questions current working practices with a view to continuously improve our methods
• To be a point of contact for your selected account range
• To ensure that debtors pay to terms and that the Company obtains maximum value from each and every customer transaction
• To act as a substitute when colleagues are absence
• Take ownership of issues and flag as they arise
• To scan remittances and supporting credit/debit information onto SAP
• To undertake other ad-hoc duties as and when requested
