Job description:

E-Commerce Credit Analyst is a fantastic new role to market with a market leading business.

The role of E-Commerce Credit Analyst is responsible for all the daily reconciliation requirements for the Amazon account. Managing the recovery of historical shortage, price and non-compliance charges and proactively undertaking root cause investigation with Amazon to prevent the re-occurrence of repeated issues resulting in future charges.

Your main responsibilities will include the daily management of the reconciliation of Amazon's accounts. Working with internal and external customers to resolve any queries or debit note issues that affect the collection process.

Reconciling customer accounts to remittances and verify balances with customers as required for audit and cash collection purposes.

You will be in charge of the recovery of historical product price variance and product quantity variance charges whilst reducing the current Amazon debit balance and proactively managing debit recovery to minimise bad debts.

You will take a proactive approach to undertake root cause investigation with Amazon by recommending new or improved processes to prevent the re-occurrence of repeated issues resulting in future charges

Reporting into both the E-Commerce Manager and Credit Manager you will produce monthly statements, produce weekly ledger reports and update record and prepare accounts for review with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will come with experience working with Amazon on in depth historical product price variance and product quantity variance investigation and debt recovery.

You will have experience undertaking root cause investigation with Amazon to prevent the re-occurrence of repeated issues resulting in future shortage, price and non-compliance charges.

You will have a strong financial background whether in reconciliations or credit and have experienced in a ERP system.

This role is a 6 month FTC with scope to be extended. Immediate start required.
