Transaction Tax Associate Director - Funds

My client is looking to recruit into the M&A tax team in London. This role will focus on advising asset managers and alternative investment funds.

You will be working with private equity, debt, real estate, infrastructure and hedge funds.

This role will include advising asset management firms on the structure of the fund, the structure and remuneration of the fund manager, and the taxation of investment returns to investors and the senior management teams.

You would be working very closely with the M&A and Real Estate transaction tax teams to provide joined up comprehensive solutions to clients.

You will be a key member of the team, managing a portfolio of high profile clients, developing and leading on your own client relationships and managing a team.
