Accounts Receivable Team Leader - £22,000 + City Centre Location - Fun, Vibrant Culture + Exciting Socials!
TRC have the pleasure of working with a growing and successful business on the outskirts of York City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced People Manager. Ideally the successful candidate will have some knowledge of either Accounts Payable / Receivable. However, this is not essential. You must have a proven track record of successfully managing people.
The role
* Oversee 6 members of staff and report into the General Manager
* Lead by example and organise and assist the team on a day to day basis
* Review and verify invoices and check requests
* Enter and upload invoices into system
* Track expenses and process expense reports
* Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
* Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
* Reconcile accounts transactions
* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date to the purchase ledger
* Assist with month end closing

The candidate
* Ideally knowledge of Accounts Payable / Receivable
* 2 years experience in a Team Leader position
* Strong knowledge of Accounting software
