City Elite are delighted to be working alongside this globally recognized bank.The role will encompass a broad range of deliverables and responsibilities being the bridge between T&FM and support areas to ensure that process and procedures are aligned with T&FM strategy, internal governance and relevant regulatory requirements.

Purpose

• To provide subject matter expertise, oversight and support for Treasury and Financial Market (T&FM) reporting and projects.

The Role

• Manage and oversee the T&TR function for the Bank and work closely with Regulatory Compliance to ensure that any changes to the reporting regulations are picked-up through 'horizonscanning'.

EMIR / MIFID / SFTR-

• To report all in-scope bank trades and fulfil its obligations towards client reporting.
• Working with internal stakeholders and external Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) and Trade Repositories to implement a robust post-trade reporting process and ensure ongoing compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop and oversee the collateral management expectations for repurchase/securitised arrangements instigated by T&FM.

Experience

• Previous banking experience.
• Start to Finish oversight and development of projects including documenting process and procedures.
• T&TR experience & financial markets product support expertise

Education

• Must be educated to A level or equivalent

Personal Attributes

• In a small unit, must be prepared to take a hands on approach to the work to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Ability to prioritize work flows.
