Role

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a tenacious and results-driven Group Reporting Accountant. The role reports into the Group Financial Controller and is responsible for developing the group reporting function.

Job Duties:

• Prepare monthly, half year and annual Group consolidation
• Prepare financial statements and covenant analysis for bank - monthly, quarterly, annual
• Prepare monthly management accounts for the group's largest subsidiary
• Prepare year end statutory accounts - all subsidiaries
• Prepare year-end tax returns
• Central review and support for year-end audit preparation
• Develop consolidation model and analysis
• Complete inter-company matrix and inter-company trading analysis monthly
• Develop half year and year end template to enable enhanced and accelerated reporting including Primary statements and notes
• Implement new accounting standards and update disclosure requirements

Profile

The successful Group Reporting Accountant will be ACA qualified - either a first-time mover or 1-2 years PQE. You will be a strong technical accountant who has worked in an IFRS environment.

Salary & Benefits

The role of Group Reporting Accountant in Waltham Abbey will pay £50,000 - £53,000 plus share save scheme

The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
