Part Qualified Accountant job near Tonbridge £30k - £40k DOE. Must be ACCA, ACA, CIMA Part Qualified
Your new company
You will be working within a well established organisation who even during the current climate are planning on opening 3 more branches. The Part Qualified Accountant job is permanent and 50% of the role in the first year will include covering Credit Control duties as maternity cover as well as management accounts. When the office is open it is not accessible via public transport with plenty of parking onsite. However at present they are working from home.
Your new role
You will look after the accounts for 3 brand new branches for the business including management accounts, provisions, returns and promotional. You will also deal with Tax and VAT. For the 1st year half of your role will include sales ledger and credit control to cover someone on maternity. This involves a lot of reconciliations.
This role will grow and develop in the future to include statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Part Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Demonstrate a progressive career
- Have experience in accounts preparation/management accounts
- Excellent Excel skills
- Some experience dealing with Tax and VAT would be beneficial but not essential
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary in the region of £30k - £40k DOE and study support options. You will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Whilst working from home a laptop will be provided.
