ABOUT THE JOB

As an Intern in PTP Team, you will play supportive role in maintaining and building up the PTP Purchase to Pay expertise within Swarovski. Your main duties will be the following:

Knowing accounting documents

Knowing ERP (SAP) system and transactions relevant to PTP processes

Documentation handling (invoice verification and handling, verification of the incoming reminders)

Being able to process travel and expenses and knowing expense reconciliation process

Shadowing more complex activities (reporting)

Understanding values and processes done within Swarovski GBS Spoke APAC PTP Teams

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Excel would be an asset

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Fast learner, patient and willingness to be challenged

Fluency in English speaking and writing (knowledge of other languages would be an asset)
