Requirements:

• Bcom/CA
• 5 Years experience dealing in BA returns and submission to SARB
• SQL knowledge and Excel advance

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to:

• Prepare/review all daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly BA returns and ensure reports are submitted to the SARB on time as prescribed in the regulations and as authorised by the various risk type owners including responding to queries from SARB (oral & written)
• Prepare for all meetings with Regulators (presentations, internal preparatory meetings etc.)
• Review monthly analysis and reporting pack in respect of BA returns
• Provide internal sign-off to CFO on Regulatory impact of new deals/products
• Review quarterly Risk and Capital Profile for the branch (ICAAP)
• Prepare Pillar 3 report for the branch (including coordination of work effort required to obtain information from sources other than local Regulatory Reporting function)
• Attend to all Regulatory audit enquiries / requests (internal & external audit)
• Prepare summaries & impact analysis of all new SARB Directives/Circulars and guidance notes and run with all projects to implement required changes
