You will be responsilble for the following tasks:


  • Successful handover of the rolling forecast process, which has been developed in Oracle.

  • This will involve mapping the process from the finance project team, ensuring key BAU staff (both onshore and offshore) understand their accountabilities, take feedback from key stakeholders and suggest improvements in the tool.

  • Successful handover of the automated narrative reporting MI tool into BAU.

  • Support the allocation team to embed standalone reporting and wider cost allocation reporting and help create a clear monthly / quarterly / annual timetable that ensures the team operates at its most efficient.

  • Front to back review of all current reporting outputs and mapping those that can now be decommissioned as a result of the new tools taken on-board.

  • Ad-hoc support as required by the Head of Cost Reporting and Analysis


The successful candidate should have 5-10 years PQE idealy within Life or Asset Management sectors.
