Private Client Tax Solicitor - Guildford

One of the UK's leading law firms are seeking a Private Client Tax Solicitor to join their highly regarded Private Client Team based in Guildford.

You will be joining their Personal Tax, Trusts & Charities team which is one of the top ranked teams in the South East. The team's clients are based in the UK and overseas which include some extremely high net worth individuals. They advise on:

You will advise on the full spectrum of private client work but this role has a particular emphasis on the tax advisory aspects of the practice including:

Succession planning, all aspects of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax planning, planning for non-UK domiciled clients, tax planning for business owners, and advice to clients resident outside of the UK.

The successful candidate will be have at least 2 years PQE with solid technical grounding in private client work and experience in tax would be advantageous. Strong academics are essential along with experience gained from a leading national/regional practice.
