Senior Trade and Transaction Reporting Manager
Location:
Central London, W1
Start: ASAP
Type: Permanent Full Type
Report to: COO
Salary:
£60,000 - 70,000 depends on experience
On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Senior Trade and Transaction Reporting Manager. This is a role for an experienced professional to assist in building and developing relevant processes in this space. You will be reporting into COO and will be responsible for ensuring that the bank is meeting all its reporting obligations.
If you are a self starter with excellent communication skills, and expert in the area of transaction reporting, this would be exciting opportunity to join this well established International bank in W1 area.
You will be an integral part of the bank and will be willing to share your knowledge, advising and providing guidance to the Bank and its stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Daily monitoring of front office activities
Daily monitoring to ensure Trade & Transaction Reporting (FCA) has been instructed correctly and within regulatory deadlines and reconciles to our books and records
Managing stakeholders across front office, operations, compliance, change management and technology
Transaction reporting flows across FCA / EMIR / MiFID / CSA
Monitor daily Real-time MiFID II & EMIR potential clearing breaches; escalate to FO/line manager if necessary
Complete daily Reconciliations for MiFID II & EMIR reporting
Standardise any operations tasks and embedded into the consolidated Trade & Transaction Reporting procedure.
Resolution of rejections and failures raising change requests for systems
Maintaining issues logs and breaches
Reporting of potential regulatory breaches to internal departments
Building strong relationships with everyone across the Busines
Making sure regulatory and business conduct is being following by the highest starts of ethics
Key Requirements:
Experience of having worked in financial services
Knowledge and understanding of FCA regulation
Experience in MiFID and EMIR transaction reporting
An in depth understanding of trade and transaction reporting obligations
Excellent knowledge across operations and trade lifecycle experience required
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
Excellent computer skills: Including excel and windows
Education to a Degree Level
Experience of at least 5 years in the role, 7+ would be ideal.
