Janikin Energy is a global recruitment company specialising in the Energy sector. Due to a increase in demand from our global client base we are looking to expand our Compliance Department. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, articulate individual to provide international solutions for our loyal customers.

DUTIES

• Providing international payroll management solutions for overseas contractors & clients
• Understand the challenges of complying with international tax compliance, HR legislation, social security and employment law
• Sourcing accountants and lawyers internationally to devise solutions in order facilitate global mobilisation.
• Build a extensive portfolio of tax efficient solutions and partners globally
• Work with the front office department in order to brand and market our global solutions
• Keep track of global filing deadlines and oversee suppliers to ensure timely execution of compliance related matters such as tax filings and work permit extensions.

SKILLS

• Will ideally have a strong payroll or accountancy background or experience of global mobility solutions
• Track record of building relationship with external Third Party Providers such as legal and accountancy firms or international payroll providers.
• Able to show process improvements and be confident in taking the lead on projects
• Demonstrate strong Vendor Management experience
• Must be super organised in order to be able to track monthly and annual deadlines across multiple time zones with numerous third parties.
• Must be a confident communicator with junior members of staff through to senior stakeholders
