Reporting to the Head of Finance, the successful FP&A Manager will join a high performing finance team whose main purpose will be to support the business in all areas of financial performance and analysis. In depth experience of Adaptive Insights is of paramount importance for this role.





FP&A Manager Key

Responsibilities:




  • Maintenance of day-to-day modelling consistent with an agile finance methodology;

  • Production of weekly flash and KPI's for Exec;

  • Production of ad hoc scenario analysis;

  • Enhancement of dashboard and management reporting suite which will shortly replace the management accounts;

  • Coordination of annual budget and subsequent Reforecast;

  • Participation in ad hoc integration project work;

  • Ability to work with contractors to continue to develop model as business becomes more complex;

  • Assist the Finance Systems Admin with administration and maintenance of the Adaptive Insights instance.





Candidate Requirements:




  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within a fast moving business

  • Good working knowledge of Adaptive Insights is essential

  • Very strong Excel skills - modelling, analysis, dashboards building

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlines

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Highest ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character

  • Professional demeanour and ability to interact with persuasiveness and confidence

  • Confident working in a fast paced, professional environment

  • Confident in working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders
