About the Assistant Manager, Management Accountant Role:
In this Assistant Manager, Management Accountant job, you will be responsible for supporting the business in its next phase of growth. Reporting to a manager, the recruit will perform planning, implementing, tracking and monitoring departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Quarterly and monthly management reports, partnering with cross departments in improving processes

Improve operational standards and performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Prepare presentations to directors and the senior management team

Provide insights and analyses to understand performance patterns and identify root causes of process deviations to support continuous improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you need to have five years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.

Key Requirements:

Degree or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA or MIA) is preferred

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Team player and able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa

Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind

Good business sense, committed and responsible in meeting deadlines
