We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our SuperAwesome finance team.
This is not your typical finance job; you'll be working in the fast-paced environment of a global high growth 'kidtech' business with the mission of making the internet safer for kids. You'll be responsible for business partnering senior stakeholders and driving commercial decisions forward; actively influencing day-to-day decisions and shaping business strategy. As a key point of contact for business intelligence and budgeting, you'll be an important enabler for senior business stakeholders driving financial performance to achieve company goals.
As the business grows in size and complexity, a key challenge will involve working with larger teams, launching new products, entering new territories, and implementing new technologies, so that SuperAwesome can scale effectively and efficiently.
Strong commercial acumen, critical and strategic thinking, relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, but these must be built on a solid foundation of accounting and technology knowledge. An excellent candidate would be able to interpret data, order and assess its value and then present the findings to the relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise way.
