Yourkeys is a brand new, disruptive online platform that feeds all of the stakeholders in the new-build buying and selling process into one central ecosystem.
The idea for Yourkeys was conceived after our founder, Riccardo, working in the property sector saw how painful the buying and selling process was for all parties involved. The current system is antiquated, outdated and broken. Buying a new home consistently ranks as the number 1 most stressful experience in modern life, and for good reason. The process is convoluted, confusing and with no transparency.
Yourkeys is the first platform to offer a full, end to end service, from search to completion with all stakeholders feeding into our central ecosystem with live notifications, timelines and complete oversight. We create greater transparency, consistency and cost savings throughout the entire purchase and conveyancing process.

Role:
Your role will be pivotal to the company's future success, as a critical friend to the business you will always be looking for opportunities for us to improve and will champion our clients' perspective to ensure we continually surpass their expectations. A member of the senior management team, you will report directly to the CEO and support him by ensuring the company is set up operationally to deliver on our strategic vision.
Duties:
- Manage the business operations on a day to day basis, including direct management of the sales, marketing and CS teams, allowing the CEO to focus on growth opportunities, fundraising and product development
- Develop actionable business strategies and plans aligned to our short and long term objectives, including our customer journey systems and processes
- Put in place the right operational capabilities, processes and systems across the business to support scalable high growth
- Conduct regular reviews across the business to identify areas for improvement, anticipate future requirements and implement changes effectively to ensure we hit our operating and financial KPIs
- Oversee HR and employee performance management, maintaining a highly inclusive and dynamic culture. Ensure the right people are in the right roles and have everything they need to thrive for the company's overall success.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a COO in a fast-paced (preferably B2B) start-up environment and with a track record of scaling operations, including customer facing systems
- Exceptional leadership and change management skills which will allow you to bring staff along on the journey as we evolve, including a period of time when we may be working in a distributed/working from home environment
- Deep understanding of technology and awareness of productivity tools and systems appropriate for our stage, sector and strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ to ensure that our staff remain as excited and motivated as ever as we aim higher and higher
