A great opportunity has come available with a key client for a Service Reporting Manager to join their Global support solutions team.

Purpose of role:
The Service Reporting Manager will ensure the provision of services and monitoring of Performance Management to the local onshore delivery leads to drive improvement and manage performance standardization and alignment across the delivery and operations centres.

Day to day duties but not limited to:

Optimization and expansion of service delivery and the service placement of accounting processes, and ensuring service issues are addressed
Support establishing and maintaining onshore governance
Perform regular SLA and performance reporting as well as management review to internal customers
BPO Service Support & co-ordination Ideal candidate:

Deep experience from Shared Services/ GBS organisation
F&A BPO Service Delivery combined with an offshore BPO commercial contract responsibility
Experience in Service management
Experience working in multinational organisations
Bachelor or Master's Degree in finance and/or Accounting Should this sound of an interest then please Apply
