Yes? Read on to find out more...
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join us on a permanent basis, at our Upminster site.
You'll be providing fundamental support on the commercial side of the contract. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, you'll be providing financial support and business analysis ensuring the contracts are running effectively and profitably by reconciling monthly material spend vs budget; collating contract compliance information, completing performance analysis and reviewing operational reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency of the contract.
You'll have experience of dealing with and understanding commercial contracts, with a good understanding of what they are telling you from a financial and commercial perspective. You'll be able to review and interpret management accounts, with the ability to analyse complex budgets, financials and forecasts, presenting your conclusions to your Commercial Manager. You'll be results-driven, articulate, confident with excellent communication skills written and verbal.
As Arcus continues to grow, it'll be challenging working with the contracts as the scope can vary enormously, and having those commercial conversations with your stakeholders can be challenging, as you'll be looking at the risk management and interpreting the contract scope, but with your experience and skillset it'll be second nature. You'll enjoy working within a fast-paced environment where you'll see the improvements you have implemented or recommended come to fruition.
You'll have a positive can-do attitude, going the 'extra-mile' and be an innovative smart worker finding ways to solve problems and do things efficiently and more effectively. You'll have strong administrations skills and Excel skills. For the right candidate there are ample career progression routes within the business.
This is a stand-alone role, reporting directly into the Commercial Manager. The hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You'll need exceptional Excel, analytical and strong administration skills for this role, ideally within a similar role within the FM industry.
When you join us, you will receive:
Salary:
up to £24k maximum depending on experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Video interviews will be held for successful candidates on Tuesday 6th October 2020.
