Head of Treasury - London - up to £150k+ plus bonus/benefits

Global Fintech in the payments space is looking for a Head of Treasury, exciting opportunity to join the leadership team at this growing and well-funded Fintech reporting to the CFO, to be based in London and focussed on their globally expanding treasury business and functions:

• Strategic treasury: including treasury systems and platforms for liquidity management and funding. Managing partnerships with banking partners for settlement and FX. Capital management and netting.
• Liquidity management: developing funding mechanisms and credit lines. Establish and manage bank accounts.
• FX: manage relationships with FX providers and developing and approving transactions.
• Leading the treasury and banking team, managing daily cash positions and funding plans
• Developing and delivering plans to enhance and automate treasury processes

To apply for this role you will need significant experience of treasury and liquidity management must have experience in the payments or Fintech space, it is highly desirable that you have worked with start-ups or series A/B funded start-ups. You will need experience of managing banking relationships, FX, interest rates, liquidity and cash management. You should have experience of people management. Your experience will be globally diverse and include operating with emerging markets and you'll need to be able to travel as part of the role in the future.
