Payroll Functional Lead

Requirement for a Payroller for a 3 month + project paying £14 - £17 per hour and working from home

Your new company

Hays Accountancy and Finance are recruiting on behalf of their large public sector client for an experienced Payroller to assist them with the implementation of a new HR & Payroll system. This is for a minimum of a 3 month temporary project paying £14 - £17 per hour for 35 hours a week and is based working from home.

Your new role

You will be involved in the streamlining, testing, interfacing & integration of a new HR & Payroll system. You will provide expertise and analysis support on the project to ensure the changes implemented are successful. You will work independently under the direction of the Project Manager and liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation involved in processes including senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be an experienced Payroller who has visible experience with change and system implementation projects. You will be adaptable and be an excellent problem solver. You will have strong communication skills and excellent IT skills.
