Preparation of Bank Payment Vouchers of different banks for various banking transactions.
Proper recording of Book Keeping of All Cash and Bank transactions.
Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Reports for decision making.
Preparation of Periodic Bank Reconciliation Statements.
Monitor Cash reserves and Prepare Daily Fund Position Report.
Liaison with Banks and handling all Banking Transactions.
Monitoring of process of Preparation of cheques for Monthly and Routine payments.
Analyzes and resolves reconciling differences as required in Intercompany accounts.
Fixed Assets reconciliation, tagging and reporting.
Proper recording of Advances from Dealers and individual customers.
Conducting Annual and periodic Audits from time to time and Liaison with Auditors.
Liaison with Internal auditor for betterment of Accounting System and Internal Controls.
