A leader within education is looking for a Credit Controller to join their team headquartered in London but working remotely.

Being one of the most trusted providers in the country within education our client are leaders determined to make a difference. Specialising as a business who provide excellent sector intelligence resources that give leaders the knowledge and confidence to act.

You'll be working as an integral part of a small team, you will be making at least 50 successful outbound calls each day to support with cash collection across the group. You will need to resolve invoice queries and payments to expedite settlement of debts.

Main

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently monitoring and collecting payments by contacting members on a
  daily basis via phone and email
• Utilising your time to effectively collect members debts
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships internally and externally
• Processing credit card payments
• Accurately maintain customer records electronically

Main requirements:

• 3 - 5 year's experience in credit control
• Worked with a CRM and accounting software
• Experience with Salesforce or Zuora
• Excellent at relationship building and phone manner
• Work autonomously

This role will be working remotely on a contract basis with the company headquartered in London.
