• FP&A Finance Manager - UK & Ireland
• 6 month contract
• Central London (+ Remote-Working)
• c£450 per day (via Umbrella)

The Opportunity:

The role will be lead business partnering and financial analyses and support for specific therapy areas but will also be responsible for delivering the total UK&I FP&A and country business objectives.

The position will see you involved in all areas of operational finance and requires multi-tasking and prioritizing across a broad range of responsibilities and managing multiple stakeholders.

Extensive experience in a senior financial planning and analysis role in a complex matrix environment is required, ideally from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related industries.

Skills and Experience:

• BA or BSc degree in Business or Accounting, preferably with a professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Ideally with relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles within a regulatory environment (preferably pharmaceutical) with an EMEA focus
• An in-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS, Hyperion and Tableau is required
• Expertise working with Microsoft tools (Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills).
• Experience using data to provide insights into business performance

Role and

Responsibilities:

• Leads the compilation and delivery of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, revenue reporting, and functional expense reporting
• Conducts comprehensive financial analyses and uses results to provide strategic input to management
• Responsible for development and management of planning calendar involving in-depth coordination UK&I budget and forecasts for revenues and operating expenses
• Works closely with local and global finance partners across functions to develop and execute integrated planning processes and reporting
• Drives process improvement, efficiency and automation within finance and the wider business.
• Ensures compliance with worldwide policies and procedures and local statutory reporting and overall consolidations
