We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Managing and directing the finance function, developing the vision for finance and leading best-in-class capability.

Ensuring robust financial and management control including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis.

Reporting on business performance to the board.

Developing finance systems.

Maintaining strong internal and external relationships and contact with investors, banks, operational management and board.

Team management.

Develop, implement and improve processes and KPIs.

Working capital and cash management.

Strategic planning and lead or co-lead strategic projects with directors.

You should have held a CFO/Finance Director position in a private equity or investor backed business and worked in a high growth environment. International jurisdiction experience is also required.

You should have a demonstrable track record of success and delivery and experience in the professional services or management consultancy sector is strongly preferred.
