We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.

• You will build a strong partnership with the CEO to develop and implement the corporate strategy to drive expansion through M&A activity and shape the organic growth story. You will build and take this fast-growing business from c. £3m EBITDA to £12m as a key board member and provide analytical support to shape strategic initiatives and business operations.
• You will also be accountable for all budgeting, managing & controlling of financial activities as well as leading and developing the capabilities of the existing finance team. Additionally, ou will also shape the company's business objectives; tax planning; create and execute the acquisition strategy; plan & direct the business' strategic & future plans; establish solid financial systems & implement best practices; introduce effective controls; as well as liaise with external funders, auditors, and general stakeholders.

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or equivalent (Ideally ACA)
• Strong buy-and-build experience
• Worked in a private equity environment
• Experience with fast-growing organisations
• A strong commercial leader and strategic business partner
