Credit Controller - Property
Your new company
Hays are currently recruiting exclusively for a growing family run business within the property management sector. The business operate both residential and commercial properties for a varied portfolio.
Your new role
The main purpose of the role is to provide a full credit control function for the business. The key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting outstanding arrears from tenants
- Liaising with tenants to ensure service charges are correct
- Issuing service charges and invoices
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Dealing with any invoice queries
- Ensuring data integrity is maintained
This is a full time role working within the office Monday to Friday 9-5 with 1 hour for lunch
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience working within the property industry and have prior knowledge of credit control processes. You will ideally be studying towards a CICM qualification and must have strong IT skills. Experience using Focus Property and/or Sage 50 would be beneficial.
