Your new company
Hays are currently working with a growing organisation to recruit for a finance director on a permanent basis.

Your new role
In your new role you will be providing financial leadership, producing statutory and management accounts, working with third parties and purchasers to develop effective costing, pricing and contracting processes. You will be managing treasury and banking, supporting audit and taxation processes, ensuring compliance. You will be managing a finance team and leading the development of IT systems to support the finance function and other areas of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have a minimum of five years post qualification experience in a senior financial role in which responsibilities included production of budgets, cash flow, forecasts, management accounts and financial accounts, experience of computerised accounting systems, management of a team, business analysis skills. It is desirable that you have financial experience within the care sector.
