Finance Business Partner role in a high-growth insurance broker

Your new company
This business is an insurance broker than has grown substantially through acquisition over the last few years that is keen to continue acquiring new businesses over the months to come. They're now made up of a number of medium sized brokers, and are keen to support the integration of these business reporting to senior leadership on how best to grow moving forward.

Your new role
This role reports into the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and will work directly with business leads and the CFO to deliver analysis and commercial information across a number of aspects of finance. You'll be attending meetings with senior leadership on a regular basis working on delivering specialised analysis as well as working on project where required. You'll also be involved with expenses analysis and working on due diligence and M&A work as the business continues to grow.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a fully qualified accountant or qualified by experience with experience working in insurance broking. This can be working with them as an audit client, or within an in-house finance team. If you have experience within general insurance, you'll need to come from an FP&A and/or business partnering background.
