We are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a locally based, multi site organisation based on the eastern outskirts of Plymouth.
The company is friendly, forward thinking and undergoing a period of rapid growth.
Offering a busy and varied role you will monitor the daily financial operations and processes, meeting deadlines and accurately presenting the monthly management accounts. This will include:
• Analysis of financial data and monthly reporting
• Month End preparation
• Budgeting, forecasting and Balance Sheet preparation
• Track KPIs and financial performance
• Transactional processing of sales and purchase ledger
• Credit control and client risk analysis
• Assist with the running of monthly payroll and expenses
You will work in a small team and be happy to mentor and train more junior members of staff.
Reporting into an offsite line manager we are seeking autonomous accountants who can use their own initiative and liaise communicatively with other departments within the business. Ideally we are looking for a minimum of AAT qualified but it is essential you have a proven background working in a similar role.
Essential experience:
Experienced in payroll, invoicing, PO, etc
Asset register for depreciation.
For the team size, 2-3 reports with a TO of £3m growing fast
Familiar with cross charging between multiple entities with cross border (trade), FX etc.
Desirable:
Experience in budgets, forecasting, NPV, IRR, EBITDA etc
We do not need someone with ACCA as this is performed by the Senior Management
