Radley Green are extremely excited to be working with a global business looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant for their London office.

With a number of international offices and experiencing growth despite the current economic climate, they are looking for a qualified accountant with experience managing the financial reporting processes for a growing business.

This is a very hands on role reporting into the Finance Director and will take ownership of developing the reporting processes for the group with the opportunity to grow with the company.

This role will pay £55k - £65k + bonus and benefits and is being recruited immediately.

• Responsibility for producing and developing the Group Reporting pack including Forecasting and budgets
• Full ownership and development of month end processes
• Control and Maintenance of Ledgers.
• Maintenance and preparation of the forecasting and budgeting model
• New code set up across Ledgers, setting up new companies and testing, Inter company relationships etc.
• Manage relationships with parties both externally and internally.
• Supervising a Management Accountant.
• Manage the inter company group transaction processes, Monthly reconciliation and inter company accounts.
• Developing systems and processes for newly acquired companies
• General AD-HOC Financial Accountant tasks.

Your experience/Qualifications needed for this role:

• Degree level qualification essential
• Experience of working in a multi-currency group environment
• ACA qualified with some post qualifiled Industry experience
• Experience working as a Financial Accountant in a growing business
• Experience is supervising/managing staff.
