My client is a market leader based in Central London who are currently recruiting for a HR, Benefits & Payroll Officer on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment who wants to place their stamp on a fantastic business and can hit the ground running.
Cascade and Retail experience will be a huge bonus.

Duties:
* Starters, leavers and references.
* Payroll processing for retail staff.
* Calculating hourly rate premiums for different shift patterns (night shift, weekend shifts).
* Recruitment.
* Onboarding.
* Data entry for hours worked from the retail rota.
* Administrating the staff benefits scheme.
* Track and monitor all probation deadlines, working with commercial teams.
* Support management team with administration for all completion, failure or probation extensions.
* Employees Benefit & Pension Administrator.
* Track and monitor Visa status and minors' cases.
* Supply reference letters as and when required.
