Pure are pleased to be exclusively recruiting a Purchase Ledger Supervisor / Manager for a growing business based in Central Essex.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will cover a broad range of needs that will support the Group's ambitious growth plans.

This is a brand-new role within the organisation, which is a result of its continued success.

Key

responsibilities:
-

• Oversee the Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger function including the management of one member of staff.

• Review and challenge all current processes and implement new, improved methods of working and efficiencies.

• Take responsibility for processing invoices, investigating discrepancies and processing payments.

• Producing a variety of reports for senior management including aged debtor report.

• Ad hoc accounting and administrative duties and responsibilities as and when required.

The candidate:-

• Experience in a senior Purchase Ledger position.

• Management experience is highly desirable.

• Proven ability in reviewing and implementing process improvements.

• A personality and professional approach that enables you to build relationships at all levels and with non-finance people.
