My client, a local care company, is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Duties:

* Check purchase invoices for accuracy, sort in alphabetical order and staple together invoices for each company in date order for each month.

* Provide a Monthly Monitoring Report to the MD by the middle of the month for the previous month

* Check all bank transactions each day for accuracy and inform MD of all fees collected

* Petty cash analysis

* Reconciling sales invoices, receipts and payments

* Bookkeeping duties

* Ad hoc administrative duties

Person Specification:

* Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel

* Experience with Xero

* AAT Level 2 qualified

* Experience in Bookkeeping

* Previous experience within care industry(preferred)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm(37.5hrs)
