The Job

You will be responsible for analysing the dat-to-day financial activities and giving actionable insights. Your duties include:

• Processing tax accounting, invoices, claims etc.
• Resolving all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining accounting ledgers and assisting in monthly closing.
• Performing third parties' and bank reconciliations.
• Working with various stakeholders to improve AP process, controls & analysis.
• Reporting to Finance Manager regarding budget and company guidelines adherence by various entities.
• Managing vendor relations when required.

The Profile

• You have a Degree in Accounting, Finance and have at least 5 years experience within an AP Accountant role.
• Work within Real Estate industry would be an advantage.
• You have worked with a variety of financial tools, softwares and you are comfortable with the entire Microsoft Office tools suite.
• You have solid knowledge of accounting principles and related compliance and regulations.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
