Description
Preparation & Review of Budgets and forecasts - Highlight Key financial information for Business decision making.
Discuss and Analyze budgets with Business Owners.
Provide guidance/alerts to Business on operational and key financial indicators like Revenue, Margin and Margin % etc.
Financial performance analysis across functions, service lines, geos etc. for the enterprise and its affiliates; track and report key metrics
MIS to various stakeholders including to Board, Executive Leadership, functional heads etc. on a periodic basis
Interact with senior managers of internal stakeholder groups like delivery and business, across geos for accounts receivable, commercial support etc.
Supporting statutory and revenue assurance audit.
Review and strengthen internal control
Review of financial statements of all the foreign entities
Commercial functions - review of pricing policy and approval of proposals and contracts for margins and profitability, terms, etc
Lead financial transition of acquired companies
Job Requirements
- Expertise in similar functions in a large enterprise, preferably IT/ ITES
- Very good analytical skills
- Proficiency with Spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word
- Good communication and presentation skills
