Job Description
Key
Responsibilities:
à Ensure timely collection of payments
à Monitor processing of invoices
à Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc forecasting reports
à Ensure high-quality invoicing and collection procedures that comply with the region law or exceptions
à Ensure all team members follow the process and company principles
à Drive and support transformation or quality project within the team
à Ensure team meets the set SLAs
à All the client's deliverable should be completed on time
à Ensure that working manuals/SOP are up to date and revised regularly
à Liaise with the regional stakeholders on a regular basis to take an update on overall services and take necessary action based on feedback to improve
à Ensure that all customer comebacks are resolved within TAT and controls implemented to prevent any such errors which can cause any business impact
Specifications:
• Handling team of 35 to 40 team members for more than 3 yrs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of ERPs - SAP
• Managing different region stakeholders like APAC, UK, US & Europe
• Flexible to work in any shift to manage regional deliverable or handling any transition activities
• OTC/AR domain knowledge of more than 5 yrs
