Page Personnel are excited to be working in partnership with a national property business to recruit for a Reporting Accountant to join their dynamic, progressive accountancy team in Flintshire. This position will offer huge commercial incentive and opportunities.
Client Details
Our client offer clear progression and development opportunities within their large, varied accountancy function. They have grown year on year and turnover in excess of £1b; due to this continued growth they are seeking a Reporting Accountant to join their commercial team. Managing the reporting functions of multiple business sector in a fast-paced environment.
Description
Reporting into the Financial Director, key responsibilities of the Reporting Accountant include, but are not limited to:
- Creating monthly, weekly management reports, budgets and financial statements for multiple business functions
- Creating and implementing new business reports both financial and non-financial
- Communicating business trends and behaviours to drive commercial changes at site level
- Producing multiple P&L's for various sites
- Communicating management information at all levels of the business
- Demonstrating a strong commercial of the operations of the finance department
- Meeting deadlines and monitor the company's financial KPI's and analysing trends over time
- Implementing new ideas and methods to improve and streamline processes
- Adhoc tasks as required by the Financial Director
Profile
The successful Reporting Accountant will:
- Strong reporting and analysis experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Very confident communicating with key stakeholders and internal departments
- Part qualified in ACCA/CIMA/AAT - Actively Studying highly advantageous
- A team player
- Honest & trustworthy
- Strong time management skills
- Flexible approach to work
- Always work to a very high standard
