A well established Port Talbot based manufacturing group - with factory sites elsewhere in the UK and internationally. Renowned for career development and recruiting to cover for a secondment.

Your new role

A diverse role starting in the next few weeks for a period of 12 months - looking after the management accounts for the Port Talbot factory. Also involved outside of month end in costings, intercompany work and ad hoc reporting for the Financial Controller. A handover will be possible.

What you'll need to succeed

To ideally be a newly or recently qualified accountant - a very strong Finalist would also be considered. Manufacturing experience is a "nice to have" rather than a necessity. We are looking for a strong communicator, someone happy to work in a team but be fairly independent - someone very accurate and detail conscious.

What you'll get in return

The interesting 12 month role will commence remotely and will remain on a fulltime working from home basis until at least January 2021. Post January this will be reviewed - it is expected post Covid to be 2 days at the factory site, 3 days at home. Flexible working options are available.
