This exciting role is a newly created position reporting into the Group Finance Director and leading a finance team within a fast paced and dynamic business.

Your new role
In this role you will lead a team to undertake all aspects of financial management for a growing business. This will include the management of the accounting functions and operations, regulatory and financial reporting, and the preparation of budgets and forecasts. The role will also support the Finance Director with the development of internal control policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with previous experience of managing an accounting function in a fast paced and agile business. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be required along with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
