Job Details
Managing all assurance activity; leading the team auditing and assuring the performance measurement frameworks, monitoring service performance, capacity, and availability across the end to end model.

Our client is a department of the Government, composed of various units which co-ordinate the delivery of government objectives.
Description
- Responsible for auditing and ensuring the quality of the services delivered.
- Ensuring the audit of management information and other products delivered against the SLA's and contractual requirements
- Acting as a point of escalation for major issues and service incidents and managing major incident related communications with the business and back to any partner organisations.
- Communications will include notification of service outages and planned maintenance.
- To lead the team providing direction to develop service improvement and enhancement plans, to assure delivery of services.
- Ensuring that problem reviews are carried out, including the assessment of business impact, and approving non-standard and exceptional service requests.
- Leading the team auditing and assuring the performance measurement frameworks, monitoring service performance, capacity and availability across the end to end model.

- Large Project Assurance Delivery experience
- Portfolio Assurance experience
- Experience of managing Large Portfolio
- Ideally experience of working within public sector
