Do you have extensive experience improving cash processes and controls? Have you got at least 3 years' experience with account reconciliations to ensure an up to date cash system? Would you enjoy working for a forward looking media organisation based in Central London.

As a result of growth across the business; we are currently on the search for a newly created Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee one assistant and manage the weekly flow of transactions. This role would include accounting for credit card and ecommerce receipts, month end close processes along with query resolution and cash allocation.

Further tasks include:

• Challenge and improve processes; implementing new cash management products
  
• Resolving queries in the treasury/accounts inbox
  
• Ensuring minimal levels of unallocated cash
  
• Ensuring all daily/weekly reconciliations are completed
  
• Analysing cash balances and forecasting future needs
  

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years working within a similar role/capacity - working within an accounts receivable / banking / accounts department. You'll have a thorough understanding of authorising payments and ensuring minimal levels of unallocated cash along with a desire to improve processes and develop better ways of working.
